Boco Fit was founded by Craig and Michelle Bohannan who had the vision to create a private and convenient space for executives to build and maintain wellness.  In today’s work environment, stagnant movement and less human interaction has become a trend that has negatively effected emotional and physical wellness.  So many people find themselves surviving rather than thriving… and we are here to change that!  Whether you are a seasoned athlete or getting started on a wellness journey, we invite you to become a part of our fitness family.  Boco Fit also partners with the companies that reside in the building we serve to support employee fitness and provide resources for long-term success.

About Us

Craig is a 24-year veteran in the fitness industry and a Certified Personal Trainer; Strength and Conditioning Coach; Speed and Agility Specialist; and TPI Certified Golf Performance Specialist.  Prior to opening Boco Fit, Craig was a Lead Trainer and Fitness Director at Belle Meade Country Club.  He has seen firsthand how important it is that our influencers are well in spirit, mind and body.

Michelle has a 27-year background as a hospital and speciality medical representative focused in genetics.  This background is what inspired the Geneus program to integrate genetic knowledge into powerful fitness and weight management outcomes.

The bottom line… Craig and Michelle have blended their backgrounds with an authentic desire to help people achieve sustainable wellness goals.  Their greatest joy is seeing lives transform!
